it seems as if VTOPF & VOF.L run in tandem. at London's close it is US$3.825 & so if you enter that you may get it; otherwise, the bid will have to be raised. it is unfortunate that these two play tag in that there is no leadership role, but in short time both will do very will given the nature of business in Viet Nam. in a long period of time both will go stratospheric.
