Plantlife, > At the time of the MSFT trial, there was no Anti-trust Lawsuit against Intel

ROTFL ...

The FTC wasn't investigating Intel at the time?

AMD and Intel never filed any lawsuits against each other?

Sanders never complained to the government that "Intel Inside" represented illegal refunds to customers?

> Those became the catalyst for the AMD charges against Intel, all of which occurred after the Sander's testimony in the MSFT case.

This is bogus. Sanders, after saying for over a decade that Intel illegally abuses its monopoly status, then testifies that Microsoft ISN'T a monopoly, THEN gets AMD once again to file charges against Intel?

Hypocrisy doesn't have a statute of limitations, especially one as short as a few years.
