Sanders never complained to the government that "Intel Inside" represented illegal refunds to customers? > Those became the catalyst for the AMD charges against Intel, all of which occurred after the Sander's testimony in the MSFT case. This is bogus. Sanders, after saying for over a decade that Intel illegally abuses its monopoly status, then testifies that Microsoft ISN'T a monopoly, THEN gets AMD once again to file charges against Intel? Hypocrisy doesn't have a statute of limitations, especially one as short as a few years. Tenchusatsu
