Do YOU think Barry Goldwater or Richard Nixon would consider MASSIVE deficit spending year after year to be "conservative"? No Do YOU think that either one of those guys would have been sending our troops all over the place for "Nation Building"? Given the threat.....hell yes. Do YOU think that either of those guys would have just stood by while the Middle Class was getting eaten up by an UNJUST Alternative Minimum Tax? The tax has been in affect since 1970s and only now you're whining about it? Hhhhmmm, hubby must have gotten a raise... If we have a democratically controlled congress/senate and a democrat for a president what hope will there be of reining in spending then? .............answer: NONE On top of that I can assure you that we'll have a whole new group of taxes to whine about.
