I've come to the conclusion that IB doesn't offer them. I've tried XAD and XAD/CAD and then those symbols on there (the system says the slash isn't allowed and just XAD doesn't bring anything up). The listing under the Philly exchange doesn't mention them. So looks like one needs a specialist forex broker to trade them.
