Puts most, if not all, the common bogus Intel defenders' parroted excuses to absolute rest. doug might be particularly interested in these particular illegal behaviors, found under Exclusionary Conduct, that demolish the foundation for his "Intel prices for the long-term (i.e. killing AMD via price war and sacrificing profits benefits Intel in the long run) mantra: • Any conduct that would not be profitable or otherwise beneficial to the defendant but for its elimination or suppression of competition • Any conduct capable of making a significant contribution to the creation, maintenance or enhancement of monopoly power (...are illegal.) fpg
