owning drugs is illegal, seems like a lot of people own drugs. So once again how are you gonna keep bad guys from getting guns ??? Imagine how many more people would have drugs if they were legal. There will always be a problem with the people who don't hesitate to break the law when it serves their purposes. Why should that stop us from making guns illegal? Following your reasoning, why have speeding limits on highways........after all, there will always be people who will exceed those limits.
