After speaking with the company it sounds like they had other candidates and it will be up to Nick to choose the shell they will go with. They would not tell me the other shells they were working with and now won't discuss any of it with me anymore. They don't want to make any mistakes, they are to close to coming public. Last time I talked to Gemini he stated it was 50% and that was before COBN went to the pinks with the 3 strike rule which would keep them there for a year. It's a damn shame because you dream about finding a merger like this and now who knows what will happen. JMO!
