OT: Koan, if you want to take the full measure of the corruption of the current United Statian political system, do some research on the use of earmarks. BTW, I have started to use United Statian because I don't see why residents of the United States, who occupy less than one quarter of the land mass of the Americas, should arrogate the term "American" all to themselves. We Canadians share a similar arrogance with Americans by often using the term "North America" when referring only to the US plus Canada, with Mexico slipping in from time to time. How about Central America and the Caribbean? Whenever I hear talk about a North American defense perimeter, I chuckle at the thought that by definition has to include Cuba... OK, back to work. So far today I have read seven investing newsletters and four analyst reports and DDed four companies -- three more to go and I can move on to household chores. LC
