I am nick's dad . I have been to 25 African countries and worked in 18 of them. The two toughest countries that I worked in were Liberia and Nigeria. Liberia. especially, was hell with 13 year old kids walking around with loaded AK 47's. On the other hand one country I worked in for a total of five months had a strong social code and anyone , including a 16 year old girl , could walk down the street at 2am and feel safe; that is more than one cam say about much of the USA. That country is Eritria , which has had some serious problems with its bigger neighbor to the south , Ethiopia, but still has a very orderly society. Its president is not the greatest- nor is ours for that matter.
