I agree completely. How can you expect soldiers to re-up for their 6th and 7th tours of duty in Iraq, if you don't give them bullets for their guns so they can survive the 4th and 5th ?

PS - How many bullets can you buy for $100B ? Is there that much lead in America ? Why can I go to Wal-Mart and buy all the ammo I can carry but the GIs ain't got none ?
