You are just spinning and hair splitting. What difference does it make as to what powers the power plant? They produce electricity, and that is it.

That isn't nuance. That is just the facts.

And the fact of the matter is that if Bush had kept someone at the table, NK wouldn't have developed their nuclear weapons.
