I saw that I forgot to add something to my last post and I ran out of time to edit it when I noticed the error.

Good evening guys! I'm back and I'm ready for action! Since it's late, I'll make it quick with a simple question.
IF no shares of SLJB were ever traded in Ontario (only the US per the company) and SLJB is registered in Nevada, how does the OSC have any jurisdiction over SLJB over the trading of securities when those transactions happened in the US? Just curious to hear what your opinions are. Thanks in advance.

The image above is from a fax that I received yesterday from Petar regarding LittleAngel and what she and her husband have said about Petar in their numerous private messages to others. It now appears that LittleAngel and her husband thought this was a funny joke at one time. Unfortunately, Petar didn't find it too funny and has confirmed to me that he is extremely upset with these individuals and as a result legal proceedings have already begun against these people and others who have attacked his character and have tried to discredit him to cause deliberate harm to the company and it's shareholders.
In addition to my above statement, I would also like to add that Petar is a family man like most of us. It would be absolutely insane to expect him to do nothing about the obvious harm that has already been caused to his family and his reputation. I will do whatever I can do to expose those who have tried to cause harm to Petar, his family and all involved. This is only the beginning!

LittleAngel is posting about this matter on AB/FAKE.
She says so far there is no suit against her, that her atty has checked, that she has provided RCMP evidence of threats against her and will or has filed a Section 810 (something like that) action against PV re his threats.
As they say on Talk Soup TV show......
