How about if the Dems impose a "pay for Iraq" tax with the President's latest request for Iraq funding. Say, put a 5% surcharge on incomes of over $1 mil, the people that benefit MOST from Bush. They've said they're going to go to a "paygo" system, and the Iraq war hasn't been paid for from day one.. How could Bush NOT sign it? It would just be PAYING for his dumbass war!
