Average 10 year treasury and 30 year fixed rate mortgages average over 200 basis points lower under Bush even with the excess monetary and fiscal stimulus. What an incredible stimulus from multiple sources we've had in recent years with no ramifications as of yet.. Anyone here actually believe inflation is 2% lower in 2005-07 than a decade ago?
