(I'll answer your demand for a 'yes or no' answer to a staged, mostly rhetorical question, if you will extend the exact same courtesy to me by providing a 'yes or no' answer to my mostly rhetorical question!) Truth is... (as you should well know) these matters are far to complicated for 'yes or no' type answers to illuminate much --- except for the rhetorical biases of the question framer. In actuality... any kind of honest, useful answer to the pressing problems and opportunities in Iraq or the Middle East would have to go into a bit MORE detail then that. :-)
