What I meant was that they opened up the code to Postscript 2 to allow other developers to make their own Postscript drivers. They have not done that with Postscript 3.

Of course you are right in saying that products are now beginning to ship with Adobe's own driver for Postscript 3. May they be many.

And yes, of course Postscript revenue is only 20% of their total. But the margins on that revenue are obscenely high (their expenses are R&D and some marketing), which is undoubtedly why HP is trying to break free of Adobe's grip on the market.
