Actually, it is this CFC stuff which shall keep me alert. first, the option problem and related lawsuits. second, subprime loan sector trouble which extend to new century and HSBC (ie, Household), reaching several billions. *third, the much touted pending deal with BoA. Now, BoA wants to surpass C but then they are bound by the 10% level of total deposits. Thats why a deal originally made sense. Perhaps someone here has a clue who wants a deal, so badly.
