once again, you speak in ignorance. And you STILL haven't answered the simple question - who is the legal owner of the West Bank and Gaza?

Hint: the PA COULD claim them if it wanted to declare sovereignty. Nobody prevents it. But it is by now starkly clear that the supposed leaders of the Palestinian people do NOT want a Palestinian state - not a Palestinian state that has to live NEXT to Israel instead of REPLACING it.

If the PA became the head of a real state, it would be expected to run it as a state, stop attacking its neighbors, negotiate borders, water rights, etc, and generally behave like a sovereign state. That would be bad for the Palestinian cause, since the cause is a grievance and depends on victimhood status.
