Nope, you've got to rally the entire country behind the war effort. A flat per person tax. 300 million people in the US, and what do they want this time, $90 billion? That's $300 per person.

Sure, I'll pay my share. In fact this is not a bad idea. If we're supposed to be at war, make the population pay as we go. But forget your millionaires only tax, it should be a united effort by all Americans equally.
