Re: "You can prop up any government of any sect you want in Iraq and the end result will be an antiAmerican, antiIsrael, radical, intolerant and oppressive regime that will be the nightmare of Americans."

Maybe. Maybe not. No guarantees in Life, is there? We won the war for them. It is up to them to win the peace.

We are still in Bosnia. Bill Clinton made many speeches as to why we were there. I assume you perhaps had forgotten, when you mentioned "none killed"....that it was a "peacekeeping mission" .... supposedly.

Couple of notes that might be of interest to you to show you that it isn't GWB that made mention of American's desire to "Help"....Notice he did say LIMITED....we have had just about 3,000 troops there PER YEAR when Clinton said we would be out in a year...10 years ago.

Snip>>>>>In Bosnia this terrible war has challenged our interests and troubled our souls. Thankfully, we can do something about it. I say again our mission will be clear, limited, and achievable. The people of Bosnia, our NATO allies, and people all around the world are now looking to America for leadership, so let us lead. That is our responsibility as Americans. <<<<<<
