But the difference is that Americans do it.

It's been brought up before the number of homicides in the US every year or the number of patients who die every year because of medical errors by the greatest health care system in the world.

If we just naturalized the terrorists or gave them a license to practice medicine in the US no one would notice. And our right-wingers would be defending their rights to own any guns the terrorists could get their hands on.
