Assume you are Bill Samuels et al and you want to get the stock price up to get more favorable financing. If you had "test results (that) are staggering which were conducted over 18 months. Fox also believes the numbers on penetration are also huge" would you not already have released announcements to that effect? In every venue you could possibly think of?

I think this stock is parked until the next round of financing and its terms are announced. And we are now in the 4th quarter.
