Mr. Marty Martinello reports

MILLSTREAM INTERSECTS AU 10.84 OZ. PER TON (371.66 G/T) IN UNDERGROUND EXCAVATION AT TAMARACK GOLD PROPERTY

Millstream Mines Ltd.'s Tamarack surface decline was stopped at 205 feet (62.48 metres) down-slope. At 138 feet (41.45 metres) down the decline, a south-bearing drift was collared and aimed to intersect the surface diamond drill hole DDH 04-01. At a distance of 30 feet (9.14 metres), the drift intersected DDH 04-01 and has continued 49 feet (14.93 metres) beyond on the same azimuth. This drift has consistently remained in mineralization to date.

A channel sample of a 1.5-foot-wide (0.457 metre) seam across the drift face located approximately 25 feet (7.62 metres) past DDH 04-01 assayed 10.84 ounces per ton gold (371.66 grams per tonne) and 0.21 ounce per ton silver (7.2 grams per tonne) with check assay of 10.877 ounces per ton over seven feet from drift right wall to left wall.

A channel sample of the left wall located at the DDH 04-01 area of intersection assayed 0.45 ounce per ton gold (15.43 grams per tonne) and 0.15 ounce per ton silver (5.14 grams per tonne) over eight feet from the back to the sill of the drift

As reported in Stockwatch news dated Dec. 6, 2006, all excavated mineralized material is being stockpiled on surface. This stockpile currently consists of approximately 900 tons. A representative testing of the stockpile by first, a random collection of grab samples around the stockpile, then the mixing in a barrel and quartering of these collected samples, resulted in an assay of 0.42 ounce per ton gold (14.4 grams per tonne) and 0.92 ounce per ton silver (31.54 grams per tonne).

The Tamarack property is a high-grade, former gold producer in the Tobacco Root Mountains, Madison county, Montana, consisting of six patented claims and further unpatented claim blocks tying in all claims and making them contiguous. The Tamarack property is accessible year-round, four miles from the town of Sheridan, on a maintained gravel road.

Management has reviewed this report and news release with the company's consultant Phil Brown, PGeo, who is the designated qualified person for the property per National Instrument 43-101.
