I don't care if you find 10 people who agree with you, I still don't. Your opinion piece is not conclusive, but is representative of one minority POV which is not my POV. I have told you why it is not my POV. I think outrage is justified when really bizarre decisions are made, and since the CIA are not the only folks outraged I'd say in this case the CIA's outrage may be warranted.

I'm sure you don't see it that way.

I'm sure Bush doesn't see it that way.

So if you're trying to make some appeal to authority I don't buy it. If you're not trying to make an appeal to authority, I don't know why you're telling me. So again, if you had evidence that would be one thing- the opinion of one person who agrees with you is meaningless. I'm sure I could find lots of people who agree with me, but what's the point? I don't see it. If you had another point, let me know.

Edit- I don't want to be rude- but appeals to authority can get cluttered if both sides take up the baton. We could both be posting snippets from folks who agree with us for quite a while- though since I think yours is the minority POV I might have the edge on you snippet-wise- but it still doesn't matter, or prove anything. It's the evidence which should matter. And that's probably what we should concentrate on. Since a "My authority says/Your authority says" duel might be less that scintillating.
