Re: "You could have simply said no and skipped the rest of the spin..."

There was no spin... just a simple honest answer to your demand for a 'yes or no' answer to your question.

The problem was that your question left out TOO MUCH necessary information (for example: did you intend to include Kurdistan? And, what is the alternative to 'leaving over-night'? Is it to STAY fighting the locals for another MONTH? Another YEAR? TEN MORE years? TWENTY MORE years? A HUNDRED MORE years?).

Whether my answer is to be 'Yes', or 'No' depends nearly ENTIRELY on important details like those --- all of which you did not include in question. (That is why I concluded that your question was meant to be rhetorical. That... and the obvious fact that an 'over-night' withdrawal is logistically *impossible*. <ggg>)

Re: "now, what was your question, I forgot the question?"

OK, my equally rhetorical question, that I asked of you and demanded a 'yes or no' answer for same as with your question was this:

Do you want American long-term strategic objectives to be won? ('Yes' or 'No', please.)
