You obvious know nothing of Hagel. To suggest that the senator who has the most consistent voting record supporting Bush should switch parties is rather silly - or uninformed.

But you may be right that he can't get the republican nomination. Why would that be? Because he came out against the war? The saddest aspect of the republican party is that they can't - or won't - stand up to Bush. Bush is destroying this once great party. Be sure after going to the above link to click on the additional link; "lock-step conservative".

Now if if really think I am wrong about Hagel; tell me which of his beliefs should label him a democrat.
