As a kid I could not stand brussels sprouts, but now they are probably my favorite vegetable after carrots. To me, they taste like butter.

Sometimes we eat at The Golden Corral, which is a buffet restaurant. Most of their food is pretty good, but their brussel sprouts are hopelessly over cooked. I guess it is hard to keep them on a steam tray for very long.
