Letting Sunni and Shia fight a civil war in the ME is going to reduce Muslim terrorism against non-Muslims for years. What Sunni or Shia is going to have time to blow up a subway in far off Japan when there are local enemies to deal with across the street? Pulling the US military out of Iraq is going to leave the fanatics of the ME with nothing but each other to blow up for years to come. Hint - When Afghanistan was in its own civil war throughout the 1990's, how many Afgahns had the free time and resources to attack Europe?
