I froze a package of 3 last November. Thanks to my Food Saver, they'll be just as fresh as they were back then. They are nearly thawed right now, so I'll wash them and let them soak in teriyaki marinade for the rest of the day. About 4 this afternoon I'll light the grill and, when it's good and hot, I'll toss them on for about 4 minutes per side. I'll prolly stick a meat thermometer into them, just to be sure. Pork, you know...

I'll only eat one today and will keep the other two for later. I'll fix some broccoli with cheese sauce to go with 'em.

Alt ideas always welcome from you chefs out there. I love grilled meat!
