The bone lazy i would expect them to neglect. Until single motherhood and fathers walking away from supporting and being part of their families becomes a disgrace, life in america will continue to produce huge quantities of people doomed to live on welfare forever. Most people are by definition normal. The lazy and neglectful are hurting themselves. There are very few kids growing up that aspire to be lazy and neglectful. When was the last time you heard a kid say when I grow up I want to be lazy and irresponsible. Those that do grow up to be lazy and irresponsible are sick just like those that are sick with cancer or any other disease. In an advanced and prosperous society, we have to help even those that refuse to help themselves.
