I can't speak for others who deny things but to understand it you might try asking yourself why you deny things from your own cultural heritage while compulsively exploiting the horrific events from other cultures; or why you boast about wanting to see a world wide Muslim genocide while in this death cult group but hide your head in shameful denial when I challenged you on that at the politics for pros thread. Perhaps you are desperately attempting to demonstrate loyalty to whatever group will have you by going to unprincipled extremes, or maybe you have another explanation.
My own cultural heritage? I don't suppose you would like to narrow that down. I don't know that I am exploiting horrific events, I do know that as I have looked at these things, I see a problem. I would hate to see a world wide Islamic Genocide, OTOH I believe that Islam is involved in a world wide war, and has been slowly increasing the theatres and number of people killed since before the fall of the Ottoman Empire. Your questions in fact were not the problem, but I admit I find it hard to reasonably debate people who simply place all the fault on one side.
I admit though that I felt that Israel screwed up the Lebanese war by trying to limit the damage it did in Lebanon.
OTOH I also believe that only by identifying the enemy and taking the war to him, and fighting it on his territory do you have any chance of winning. If we can agree that radical Islam is our enemy, then we have to accept that only by fighting Radical Islam can we begin to win. Radical Isla does not allow any other religions in the countries it conquers. It does not allow the things that we believe in. Only within Islam can this be solved, and I think by not simply saying to Islam, you must solve this, Islam cannot be allowed to conquer the world, nor to remove the rights and freedoms from others.
So I do believe that we should be supporting Thailand and Indonesia. I believe that we will eventually be forced to fight Iran. And I believe that Israel has a right to exist.
And honestly to protect those things, I do not care how many Muslims we kill. That decision is up to Islam, not to us. |
