Price of Crude: i still like the pattern of fierce buying coming in on the dips. We have a techinical weakness underlying because of Contango, but buyers are rushing in on the dips of this roller coaster ride we are having between 60 and 57 rather than let it collapse as Sanford and Bernstein called it would last week when they said price of crude could crash to 40 or 30 by sometime in March because of a Contango. Today we ripped DOWN and then ripped UPWARDS, this rollercoaster action has been going on for days now. Our intraday day low on sharp dive i think was 57.40, but crude closed at 58.86.
