But I can blame a public system that requires far too much money for far to little production. I think that parents should be able to direct their taxes to schools that are rated by the product they produce. I don't share your low opinion of our schools and teachers. Can there be improvement - of course! What can't be improved. The way to get improvement is for America to come together as a people and for republicans and democrats to work togther. We use to do it that way. ......If you read some threads here, it seems that some republicans hate democrats more than they do terrorist. (Obviously the reverse also applies). Nothing gets accomplished in such a poisoned atmosphere - nothing!
