SIRI should eventually go over $5 ps so that funds can buy into the hype. I think this will be part of the equation.

I think it is noteworthy that both companies delayed their CC's until after the merger negotiations. Leads me to believe that the news is bad enough going forward that both companies felt that a proposed merger was the only way to make this business model work on paper. It should be obvious that both companies see no sustainable business model the way it stands right now. The two popsicle stand owners now believe that it will be less of a cash draw to combine into a single popsicle supermarket.
