It is silly, downright ignorant, to suggest that the merger was "cooked up" overnight to deal with SIRI's lousy Q4 earnings call. ROTFLMAO!! I don't think it is SIRI that is going to have the disappointing Q4 CC. After all.. SIRI is doing the buying and XM is being acquired. So it appears that someone at XM was ready to deal.. I would think, as a fountain of knowledge, you would have comprehended this. Son, there are many, many things that you consider "knowledge" and "facts" that no one in their right mind will ever "comprehend".. Heck, just the other day you were babbeling on about how much stronger of a financial position XM was in vis a vis SIRI.. Yet, when it was all done and said.. It was SIRI doing the buying. And so it goes, PCSTEL
