Count me as one "strong sell"....here's the reasons why:

1. Third quarter will be a boner, the stock will get hammered down
to the high teens.

2. Competitors are nipping at CYMER's heels and will soon catch up
with the same product at a discount....i.e., Morgan Stanley said it most
politely when they stated "Cymer will remain the class act". Remember,
when the UNDERWRITER finally throws in the towel, it's time to
turn off the lights and go home. MS would have rather been kicked
in the balls than lower their rating to "hold" from "strong buy".
Things must be far worse than management is letting on.

3. The other shoe will drop after earnings are announced. That's when
you will hear that sales are "decelerating" and pricing has become
"an issue".

4. I have been a longtime follower and sometimes investor in Cymer.
Believe me when I tell you that the wisest thing to do right now is
to get out and quick (IMHO). We are headed long term for single digits.

Think about it....I would hate to see people lose it all on this stock. If
the underwriter wouldn't buy it, why should YOU?
