I'd say Message 23299936 was typical KLP, all insults and then aggrievement that insults would come back at you. Another example of the W model of "personal responsibility" Thing is, nobody outside of the truly faithful likes Cheney very much, his approval ratings are significantly below W's sad levels. And that's just in the US.

It's not exactly a surprise that Cheney ended up being in the middle of the Plame affair. He seems to have been pretty much in the middle of everything. Sometimes, that was a good thing, as when W had to complete his stirring rendition of "My Pet Goat" on 9/11 while Cheney headed for the bunker. Other times it's maybe not so good.
