HG,
I have been looking a little historical data on the few reverse splits that I know. I have a half-baked, hare-brained theory that these companies will do a reverse, do a quick ramp-up, and then crash hard. It seems that a reverse is as deadly as a Register S financing but much faster moving. I don't know enough of these type companies to have a valid model and would like to find more -past and current- to study. Curiosity for the main part I suppose. Know any that would fill the bill - past or present?
