I am a current Kiwi citizen. and also a US citizen.
I regret I have not been able to vote in NZ elections recently - NZ does not appear to provide the facility of Absentee Ballot.

India Pak - the last major war was 1971 - Bangladesh was born.

I dont expect any war between them that needs nukes to be used ( not in my lifetime). They already have agreements in place that informs the other party when a nuke/missile test is undertaken, so its not misconstrued as a nuke attack.
