Subject: Canada is short OVIS Here in Canada they are short the stock I am a shareholder in OVIS (average of 2 27/32)Three weeks ago I transferred one of my accounts from one brokerage house to another brokerage firm that deals mainly in US Securities. Here in canada it is sometimes hard to buy and sell US Securities. Usually these type of transfers only take a matter of hours to complete, it generally is a simple call from the securities cage of one company to the other to have this completed with documents following. Imagine my suprise today when I was told that the only part of my portfolio that was not transferred was OVIS. After a number of calls it was admitted by my initial brokerage company that they were short the stock. I had taken a token position because I liked what your CARTEL stood for and as a betting man, I felt you had a more than even chance of success. Today, any doubt's in my mind immidiately disappeared and confirmed in my mind that this is on its way. ------- Riley G
