So where does one go to "purchase carbon offsets for the emissions" of a private jet flight? Is there some Public Office of Carbon Offsets?

I haven't read or seen Gore's Inconvenient Truth so I was
really surprised to see the notion of carbon neutral.

I wonder how many forests Gore should have planted by now to offset his jet fuel consumption.....Comics couldn't write anything funnier than the carbon neutral calculator on that website. Did SNL do a take-off? Or would that be like lampooning something too sacred?
