I was more attracted by the numbers suggesting that the stock is undervalued, and during my dd I noticed that the chain is expanding each yeat. I like high growth, low P/E, well run companies. I have also taken a position in CHGO, which is combining deep dish pizza and microbrewed beer, and also growing rapidly. Check out the CHGO thread. I heard similar anecdotes about restaurants being packed, etc. Also like recent open market insider buying by the CEO. I am also looking into GRLL (Roadhouse Grill). Will eat at one of their restaurants tonight. Again, high growth, low P/E. Happy investing!
