That was back in 2002. INTC came close, even hitting $13 and change at one point, before sailing back up to the 30s, then floating around the 20 range.

No need to tell me that Fleck was "close enough." His whole attitude is that Intel should be a $10 stock, as is the attitude of most people on this thread. Right now, it seems AMD will be the first to get back into single digits before Intel ever does.
