Dear Joe:

All its stating is that Intel is stuffing more outdated CPUs into its already bloated inventory. Soon they will have two complete quarters of CPUs in it and WS will allow them to get away with that rather than forcing a writeoff of half or three quarters of it to get it back down to something approaching normal. The longer Intel waits, the larger the drop will be. Now its stock would go down to $10-12 a share. In a quarter or two, it'll drop into the single digits. Mostly because Intel will lose money over the year.

Who would have thought that was even possible before? Intel losing more money than AMD ever did.
