I'm getting ready to grill a huge T-bone steak in a couple hours. Red meat, here I come! Will have a twice baked spud with it, prolly NO greens today. That steak will fill me up to my chin. I'll follow with a small bowl of neopolitan ice cream. ggg

Gonna return to winter for the weekend, though. Will pressure cook something for a one-dish meal.
