All semi equipment ( with the exception of NVLS and to some extent AMAT) have had significant declines.
KLIC, KLAC, CYMI and LRCX.

Dont know if the IMB Cu thing is contributing to this with uncertainty about future generation. I have some LRCX and it has lost the most.
As I understand(as explained by DLJ) , some new equipments primarily maded and designed by NVLS will be used. He cast some doubt on the ability of accelerating growth for others.
