As we get more into outdoor cooking weather I will buy a package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I'll marinate them in teriyaki for a day, grill them and freeze them individually. I will then make a huge salad with that breast sitting on top. That is a very typical summer dinner for me. I love it! Do it 2 or 3 times a week when it gets hot.
