Today, that's just hearsay, it's hardly reliable information, certainly not enough to nullify all the intel gathered by the intel services all over the world that agreed at the time the madman had WMD... sadam insane also played his hand as if he had it hidden somewhere, why would he overplay his hand if he had nothing? No President would be willing to roll the dice and hope sadam insane was only bluffing... no President would be willing to risk that sort of high priced gamble... would you? I seriously doubt it... Bush acted on what info he had at the time... even if only one individual thought there were WMD, no so called insider could counter the heavy weight of consensus at the time... it's just not honest... all sadam had to do was show proof that they were destroyed and he would most likely still be alive and in power... talk about some fool overplaying his hand when he had nothing to hide...<g> I still believe the WMD are somewhere, probably in iran or syria, no doubt... it remains to be seen...
