Nadine, your information is completely incorrect. You are simply stating your opinion.

Without spending time going back over the entire affair, I will give you what I remember:

1. Niger's yellowcake is governed by an international consortium headed by the French. It just can't move yellowcake whenever and wherever it feels like.

2. In order to mine, sell and move the large amount of yellowcake stated, Niger would have had to up its industrial output and receive much investment to do so.

The entire point is that you do not put this kind of accusation into the SOTU unless you are trying to frighten people into a war of choice based on a pack of lies. When you do this kind of thing your credibility goes to zero for those who are paying attention.
