THAT is absolutely absurd. Reagan was the guy that started the whole "deficit death spiral".

WHAT "peace dividend"?

The economic growth during the Reagan Administration came from the "easing of crushing FED policy dividend", along with the "Massive deficit spending dividend".

Bush Sr. was right when he called Reagan's economic plan "voodoo economics".
